| So I'm going to the doctor... again.
My brother had a flu-like virus last week, so he stayed home from school and I took care of him. Which was probably a bad idea because I was still somewhat recovering from bronchitis from 2 weeks earlier. Well, I've got what he had and then some.
Tuesday I had a headache and sore throat, no big deal. I thought it was just allergies since the weather has been odd. Then I had a slight fever in the 99's that night. Woke up the next morning with a 101.8 degree fever. Awesome. Then I started having coughing fits, sinus pain, and incredibly runny nose. This lasted till yesterday. Today, my fever hasn't been as high and I haven't been having the annoying hot/cold feelings that come with high fevers. But my cough is still here and it hurts from my neck down to my hips, everything's just sore from the constant coughing. My left ear really hurts and is blocked up too, so I might have an ear infection. I'm really dizzy and have no sense of balance, I was brushing my teeth a few minutes ago and I needed to lean against the wall because I was getting so dizzy. Also, my stomach is twitching and I really don't want to go on a bland diet again.
So tomorrow morning I'll be going to the doctor. I'm probably going to go on the zpack again or some other antibiotic. I feel so bad for my body, I've been trying to treat it better. I've been working out and eating healthy but I still get sick.
I've lost a lot of weight too. I mean, I don't mind per se, I've been trying to lose what little weight I gained last semester. But 4 pounds in 3 days is a little extreme, not to mention I'll gain it all back once I'm back to my regular eating routine. I'll probably gain it all back tonight since my family kind of forgot about me. No one checked on me at all today so I had nothing to eat or drink. My mom felt so bad that she made me pasta, apple slices, and garlic bread with a glass of milk. Then my brother came in with a glass of water. Then my Dad checked on me and gave me a huuuuuge piece of garlic bread. My family's cute.

| I started working at McDonalds last week. They didn't have my uniform yet so they stuck me in the drive thru. But I work again tomorrow so hopefully they'll have my uniform and have me at the front counter, where I'm supposed to be working. They told me I won't get a lot of hours for a few weeks until the managers feel like I've got a handle on things. But hopefully I'll be working at least 20 hours a week.
I've started working out again. I haven't exercised since December and I've gotten kind of flabby. I gained an inch and a half around my waist and hips and I've gained 7 pounds. Since coming home though, I've lost 2 pounds and lost half an inch. I've started doing pilates and I love it, it works my abs so hard. My abs are kiiiilling me today. I'm going to give them a break and just walk a few miles today.
My eating's definitely improved this school year, I ate more fruit and veggies. I watched my portion sizes and if there was something high fat, high calorie for dinner like chicken pot pie, I would have a salad for lunch. But I want to eat more fruit, options were limited to bananas and apples at school. But at home I can eat berries, canteloupe, and pears. I'm also limiting my desserts to 3 a week, I had dessert everyday at school which probably is the reason why I gained a few pounds.
I also want to start reading again. School was so hectic this semester, I hadn't had time to read. I have a long list of books I want to read and even if I could get through half a of it by the end of the summer, I'd be happy.
My goal for the summer is to (hopefully) earn at least $2,000 for tuiton and the France trip, read a few books, get back down to 118 pounds (5 more to go!), and lose the last inch around my waist and hips and keep it off. I can do all that in 3 months, right?

| I have asthmatic bronchitis. What a great way to start my vacation. :(
Ryan's parents are trying to adopt 2 more Malteses. If they get them, I hope they like me. :x

| I got my grades! B+ in film genres (so I must have done well on that 20 page final of DOOM because my only other grade in the class was a B) A- in persuasion B in environmental science A in lit and the environment
I'm pleased. I wish my science grade was higher, but I took an exam right after my hospital trip so I ended up failing which brought my grade down to a C. I did do extra credit and got an A- on my research project, so if I had done better on the exam I probably would've had a B+.
I have an incomplete for my LC seminar, but that was the camping trip I went on after finals. I have a project that's due in two weeks for that, then I'll get my grade. The professors have already told the class that the lowest grade we can get (given that we do all the work expected of us) is a B. I volunteered to do extra stuff, like organize all of the photos for our wiki page, so hopefully that'll boost my grade. I think I need to get an A- in the seminar to make Dean's List. I'm not getting my hopes up, they seemed pretty sure that we were all getting grades in the B range, since that's average. Oh well.

| Ryan and I picked out our future dog. A Samoyed. Samoyeds are fluffy, friendly, diligent watch dogs. They were bred as herd dogs in Siberia. The huge plus is that they don't have dander so they won't bother my allergies. Ryan died from the cuteness and I died from the fact that I won't be allergic to it.
They tend to shed a lot because they have two coats, but I don't mind.

Ahh I just wanna cuddle with it and rub its belly. :3
